Information about your stay
First of all, we would like to give you some information about our current cancellation policy, Covid regulations, deposit and other important points that will make your stay with us a lot easier. For any other concerns you may have we are at your disposal, by phone or by mail. Ask us, we will be glad to help you.

If none of the above reasons apply, the following cancellation conditions are valid:
- You can cancel your booking with us free of charge up until 22 days before arrival
- For cancellations between 21 to 8 days before arrival we charge 50 % of the booked amount
- For cancellations from 7 days before arrival we charge 90 % of the booked amount
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival, early departure, no-show or booked and unoccupied beds, we charge 100% of the booked amount.
Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival your room will be ready for you from 14:00 pm.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room within 10:00 am.
Booking of a room
To fix the reservation of your room we ask for a written confirmation and a deposit; the reservation can also be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card number. We will gladly confirm the desired room category. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a specific reservation for a particular room number or floor. Nevertheless, our team and ourselves will try to take into account all of your wishes and needs in the best possible way.

You can pay with cash, EC card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Travel Cancellation Insurance
To avoid cancellation costs in the event of illness, accident or death, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Dogs
Upon request you are welcome to bring your dog to the Seehotel. For this, we charge an additional fee (food not included), which we will be happy to inform you about when presenting the offer. We kindly ask you to understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, in the wellness area and in the Spa garden.
