Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 2 PM on the day of arrival, check out time is 10 AM on the day of departure.
To confirm your room reservation, please send us a written confirmation and pay a deposit of € 200 or provide a valid credit card number with the card expiration date. We will be happy to reserve the room type you require. Unfortunately, you cannot request a certain room or floor number. In any case, we will do our best to meet your wishes.

We accept cash payments (up to € 2,999,99), bank cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
- Up to 6 weeks before arrival, you can cancel your stay for free. The deposit already paid will be credited for a future stay (within one year).
- From 6 to 3 weeks prior to arrival, 40% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
- From 3 to 1 weeks prior to arrival, 70% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
- For cancellations with less than 1 week’s notice, 90% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of no-show or early departure, payment of the full amount is required.
Cancellation insurance stay
In order to avoid cancellation penalties in case of illness, accident or mourning, we suggest to take out special insurance.
Upon request, you can stay with your dogs at the Seehotel, paying a supplement of € 8 per day (excluding food). We remind you that your pet does not have access to the restaurant and wellness area. Please also do not forget a blanket for your trusted companion.
