Fast online check-in
Check in easily and conveniently from home before arrival and thus avoid waiting times at the reception.

Safe check-out
You can check out contactless with your credit card. Of course, cash payments are also possible in a secure and hassle-free way.

A lot of space
Our spacious rooms, the panoramic sun terrace as well as the sunbathing lawn offer plenty of free space for everyone. Simply find your favorite place to retreat and relax. We naturally pay attention to the necessary distance in the dining room as well.

Breakfast
For the perfect start to the day, we offer a mix of served breakfast and buffet. We guarantee that no wishes will remain unfulfilled.

Dinner
Enjoy with tranquility: we serve you all dishes - upon request also salads and antipasti - at your table.

Feel safe
Sanitizer dispensers are available throughout the facility. Our employees are all highly trained and wear face masks and gloves in the prescribed areas. All rooms, surfaces and contact surfaces are disinfected and cleaned several times a day.

Temperature measurements
In the entrance area, your body temperature is measured automatically and discreetly by a thermal imaging camera. This eliminates the need for manual laser temperature measurement and the associated waiting times. The safety of all our guests is increased and we give ourselves and you the opportunity to take early countermeasures in case of increased temperature (above 37.5°C).

Cleaning
We have always attached great importance to hygiene and cleanliness, and now we have intensified our efforts even further. The international HACCP color control system and the top-down floor cleaning technology efficiently prevent the spread of germs. In addition, we make an active contribution to the conservation of resources and materials through the fully automatic dosing technology of cleaning and hygiene agents.

Book safely and with peace of mind - our new cancellation policy
In order for you to remain flexible and book your vacation completely worry-free, we have changed our cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 5 days before arrival free of charge if one of these reasons applies:

South Tyrol is declared as a high-risk area
Your place of origin is declared as a high-risk area
Border closures by Italy or your country of origin
Governmental quarantine order in your country of origin for returnees from South Tyrol
You yourself have tested positive for Covid-19 or are under quarantine
Due to Covid-19 no skiing is possible in the skiing area Schöneben-Haideralm

If you cancel for any of the above reasons, the advance payment will be credited to you for a future stay within one year - or refunded upon request.

If none of the above reasons are applicable, the following cancellation conditions apply:

You can cancel your booking with us free of charge up until 22 days before arrival
For cancellations between 21 to 8 days before arrival we charge 50 % of the booked amount
For cancellations from 7 days before arrival we charge 90 % of the booked amount

In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival, early departure, no-show or booked and unoccupied beds, we charge 100% of the booked amount
