Located in the northeast, with a view of the village and the mountains.

Family room "Lake Resia"
(Double Room with inside door connecting to side room)
Located in the southwest, with a balcony and a view of Lake Reschen/Resia and
the Ortler/Ortles. Furnished with satellite t.v., radio, phone, and room safe.

Family room "Ortler"
Located in the southwest, with a terrace and a view of Lake Reschen/Resia and the Ortler/Ortles. The living room is furnished with a cozy seating arrangement, satellite t.v., radio, phone, and room safe. Attached to the living room, there are 2-3 beds (as required).
The Double Room is one floor up, and can be reached by an inside stairway.
